TOUR MATE CAB SERVICE Project
The Tourmate Vehicle Management System project successfully demonstrates the application of core C++ programming concepts to solve a real-world problem — managing vehicles and rental transactions in a travel and tour agency. The system provides a simple, functional, and reliable console-based solution that handles vehicle listing, addition, updating, deletion, and rental recording using file handling techniques. Through the use of modular functions and structured menus, the program achieves good maintainability and clarity. All features were tested thoroughly, and the system operated without errors under normal usage conditions. Basic user access control via login, and text file–based storage, ensured that the program remained lightweight and easy to use. Overall, this project showcases practical programming skills and lays the groundwork for further development into more advanced systems with database support, GUI interfaces, and enhanced functionality.
